236 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Hamby <br />and unanimously carried, the Board made the following changes in the <br />Ambulance Service budget. <br /> <br />l) <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br /> <br />Cut the Postage line item to $2,500.00. <br />Cut the Automotive Supplies line item to $22,000.00. <br />Cut the Telephone line item to $5,000.00. <br />Cut the Laundry and Dry Cleaning line item to $3,200.00. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Upright <br />and~ unanimously carried, the Board cut the Other Operation Cost line item <br />in the Dog Warden budget to $7,000.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded 'by Chairman Lentz and <br />and unanimously carried, the Board cut the Travel line item in the Fire <br />Marshal budget to $1,000.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Upright <br />and unanimously carried, the Board cut the Telephone line item in the Planning <br />Department budget to $3,600.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Upright <br />and unanimously carried, the Board made the following changes in the Land <br />Records budget. <br /> <br />l) <br />2) <br /> <br />Cut the Telphone line item to $1,404.96. <br />Cut the Travel line item to $1,500.00. <br /> <br /> The motion by Commissioner Barnhardt to cut $500.00 from the Other <br />Operation Cost line item of the Engineering budget failed for lack of <br />second. <br /> The motion by Commissioner Barnhardt that the $158,000.00 in County <br />funds for the Fishertown Community Development Grant program be placed <br />in the Water and Sewer fund if the grant is not approved by the State <br />failed for lack of second. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Upright <br />with Commissioners Barnhardt, Upright, and Payne and Chairman Lentz voting <br />for and Commissioner Hamby voting against, the Board cut the Travel line <br />item in the Zoning Department budget to $6,000.00. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board increased the Lights and Power line item in <br />the Building Maintenance budget to $121,000.00. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned until 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 28, 1985, to continue review of <br />the proposed budget. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
