238 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board cut $1,465.00 for a movie projector from the <br />Equipment and Furniture line item of the Agriculture Extension Service budget. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Barnhardt, seconded by Commissioner Upright <br />and unanimously carried, the Board cut $1,000.00 from the Printing and <br />Binding line item of the Social Services Administration budget. <br /> Commissioner Barnhardt reported he had inspected the roof of the <br />Health Department with Mr. Dave Keasler, a roofing contractor, and Mr. <br />George Griffin, architect, to determine if the requested new roof is needed. <br />He stated he authorized the contractor to cut holes in the roof to determine <br />if the placement of vents in the roof would solve the present roof problems. <br />These findings will be presented at a later date. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />recessed until 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 30, 1985, to continue review <br />of the proposed budget. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
