321 <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in recessed <br />session at the County Courthouse in Concord, North Carolina, on Thursday, <br />October 10, 1985, at 7:00 P.M. <br /> Present - Chairman: James W. Lentz <br /> Commissioners: Kenneth F. Payne <br /> William G. Hamby, Jr. <br /> Archie Y. Barnhardt <br /> Marcelle M. Upright <br /> The Board briefly discussed Proposals 1 and 2 concerning the Coddle <br />Creek Reservoir which were adopted in principle by the Board on October 8, <br />1985. <br /> Chairman Lentz recessed the meeting for the members of the Board <br />to attend the Concord Board of Aldermen meeting at City Hall for presentation <br />of the Coddle Creek Reservoir proposals. <br /> Chairman Lentz reconvened the meeting of the Board of Commissioners <br />at the County Courthouse. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
