359 <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />0 <br /> <br />Be <br /> <br />Verify that the installation, use, and occupancy of <br />the ECHO unit meet the conditions set by the Board of <br />Adjustment. <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />Recognize that if the permit expires, is revoked or <br />invalidated, application for renewal or for a'new permit <br />must be made. Once a permit is granted the renewal date <br />shall be January 1, of the following year at the cost of <br />a zoning compliance application. <br /> <br />Acknowledge that when the ECHO unit is no longer a legally <br />permitted use, the owner(s) will be responsible for its <br />removal from the lot and for restoration of the property <br />within the set time frame as rendered by the Board of <br />Adjustment, to its original condition. <br /> <br />Agree that if the owner(s) should no't remove the ECHO unit <br />within the time frame established by the Board, the county <br />may remove the unit and salvage it to defray any costs <br />incurred or the County may use any other remedy as provided <br />by law. Any monies received in excess of actual cost to <br />the County will be returned to the owner. <br /> <br />Application Fee <br /> <br />The application materials should be signed by the owner(s) of <br />record and submitted along with the required application fee <br />as set by the County Commissioners. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />The Board shall give legal notice of matters coming before it <br />by causing a public notice to be placed in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the county. The notice shall appear once a week <br />for two consecutive weeks, the first insertion to be not less <br />than ten (10) days prior to the meeting date, nor more than <br />twenty-five (25) days. <br /> <br />Recording Special Permit on Land Records <br /> <br />If the permit is issued, the property owner(s) is/are responsible <br />for having a copy of the permit and the conditions officially <br />filed with the Register of Deeds. The permit is not valid until <br />this is done. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the <br />meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
