467 <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />Petition 86-14. Troy R. Cook and Clyde W. Cook Estate, township 11, <br />off Highway 601, Map/PIN 5539-06-6115. Wishes to rezone from I-1 to <br />I-2. The Board voted 4-0 to approve this petition. <br /> <br /> Mr. Troy Cook, property owner, requested the rezoning of approximately <br />16.6 acres of a 34-acre tract from I-1 to I-2. He stated the area requested <br />for rezoning would include the last four lots at the back edge of the <br />property. <br />There was no one present to speak against the requested rezoning. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved Petition 86-14 by Troy R. Cook <br />and Clyde W. Cook Estate to rezone approximately 16.6 acres of Map/PIN <br />5539-06-6115 from I-1 to I-2. The rezoned property is shown as Lots 4, 5, <br />6, and 9 in Phase II on the copy of the 601 Industrial Park Phase I, <br />Section II, as recorded in the Cabarrus County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Cox~issioner Barnhardt <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to <br />discuss litigation. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Upright, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive S~ssion was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that the Board had discussed a legal matter in <br />Executive Session and no decision had been made. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
