C. 28103 <br />Cabarrus County, a municipal corporation of said County and State, herein- <br />after referred to as the "County": <br /> <br />WITNESSETH <br /> <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the Applicant desires to construct sanitary sewer lines to <br />serve certain properties located in Cabarrus County, and such sanitary sewer <br />lines to be constructed at the Applicant's own proper cost and expense; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested permission from the County to <br />connect these certain sanitary sewer lines to the County's sanitary sewerage <br />system, said sanitary sewer lines and location of connection to the County's <br />system being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />OAKS ESTATES SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br /> <br />TRUNK TO WILLOW OAK LANE <br /> <br /> Beginning at an existing manhole on the County owned sewer line on the <br />north side of Back Creek said manhole being No. 125 thence extending in a 20 <br />foot wide right of way in a south east direction a distance of 200 feet to a <br />manhole #1, thence continuing in a southeastern direction a distance of 326 <br />feet to a manhole #2 on the boundary line of Oaks Estates Subdivision; thence <br />continuing in a southeastern direction along the common lot lines of lots 29 <br />and 30 a distance of 200 feet to a manhole #2A, thence continuing along the <br />common lot lines of lots 29 and 30 225 feet to a manhole #3 in Willow Oak <br />Lane. <br /> <br />WILLOW OAK LANE <br /> <br /> Beginning at manhole #3 thence going in a northeast direction a distance <br />of 230 feet to manhole #3B. Beginning at manhole #3, thence going southwest <br />75 feet to manhole #4, thence continuing southwest 109 feet to manhole #4B, <br />thence southwest 225 feet to manhole #11 at the intersection of Live Oak <br />Road; thence continuing southwest 370 feet to manhole #1lA in the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />TRUNK TO PIN OAK COURT <br /> <br /> Beginning at manhole #4 in Willow Oak Lane thence going southeast along <br />the common lot lines of lots 36 and 37 310 feet to manhole #5, thence <br />continuing southeast along the common lot lines of lots 45 and 46 340 feet to <br />manhole #6 in Pin Oak Court. <br /> <br />PIN OAK COURT <br /> <br /> Beginning at manhole #6 thence going northeast 210 feet to manhole #7 <br />thence continuing northeast 100 feet to manhole #7A in the cul-de-sac. <br />Beginning at manhole #6 thence going southwest 200 feet to manhole #6A. <br /> <br />TRUNK TO CHESTNUT OAK COURT <br /> <br /> <br />
