Lentz, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to institute <br />condemnation proceedings for the real property required for the Coddle Creek <br />Reservoir; and <br /> <br /> IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that Gordon L. Belo, attorney for the City of <br />Concord, and Fletcher L.
