102 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Moss and unani- <br />mously carried, the Board authorized the Chairman, on behalf of the Board of <br />Commissioners, to execute the Offer to Purchase and Contract to purchase <br />82.176 acres, a home, and outbuildings from Boyce Wayne Irvin and wife, Mary <br />Louise Smith Irvin, at a price of $346,000.00. The legal description of the <br />property is as follows: 82.176 acres and improvements on W/S Rankin Road <br />adjoining Collins, Patterson, Readling and others, known as Parcels 93 and 99 <br />of the "Coddle Creek Reservoir" project. <br /> Chairman Lentz reminded Board members that they were invited to lunch at <br />the Piedmont Mental Health Center on this day. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
