104 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Commissioner Payne and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the report submitted by Commissioner <br />Melvin as the findings of the Board and referred the matter to Mr. F. E. <br />Isenhour, Jr., Zoning Administrator, for further action. <br /> Mr. Charles D. McGinnis, County Manager, reported that the following <br />persons had requested to appear before the Board regarding budget concerns: <br />Mr. Kenneth K. Kiser, Chairman of the Board of Elections; Mr. William B. <br />Fesperman, Executive Director of the Cannon Memorial YMCA and Community <br />Center; and Mr. William F. Pilkington, Health Director. Chairman Lentz <br />instructed Mr. McGinnis to invite these persons to appear before the Board at <br />5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 20, 1987. <br /> By unanimous consent, the Board agreed to consider a request to go into <br />Executive Session to discuss personnel and legal matters. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Melvin and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />personnel and legal matters. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that the Board had discussed a legal matter with <br />the County Attorney and a personnel matter and that no action was taken. <br /> Chairman Lentz outlined the procedure the Board would use in reviewing <br />the proposed 1987-88 budget. <br /> Mr. Charles D. McGinnis, County Manager, presented the Capital Projects <br />Program to the Board. <br /> Chairman Lentz reminded the Board of the meeting scheduled for 4:00 P.M. <br />on May 12, 1987, to hear a presentation by Ms. Rebecca Yarbrough regarding the <br />Emergency Medical Service System study. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned at 9:35 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
