139 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution: Because the <br />County is in the process of building the Coddle Creek Reservoir, it is <br />appropriate for the Board to raise property tax in the amount of two cents <br />(2¢) per $100.00 this tax year for the retirement of bond debt for the Coddle <br />Creek Water Impoundment. <br /> Mr. Charles D. McGinnis, County Manager, reported that he had talked <br />with Mr. William F. Pilkington, Health Director, regarding the funding for <br />the Sanitary Landfill for 1987-88 and that the following line items in the <br />Landfill budget should read as follows: <br /> <br />Consultants <br />Building & Grounds Maintenance <br />Land Acquisition <br />Equipment and Furniture <br /> <br />$5g,000.00 <br />$66,000.00 <br />$62,000.00 <br />$62,000.00 <br /> <br /> Mr. McGinnis also pointed out that the revenue schedule for the Sanitary <br />Landfill tipping fees would be increased in the budget. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
