<br /> The Board appointed Mr. Jerry A. Jordan as alternate member on the Zoning
<br />Board of Adjustment to complete an unexpired term ending February 1, 1990.
<br /> Commissioner Payne nominated Mr. Claude Dill and Commissioner Hamby
<br />nominated Mr. Hal D. Allman to fill the vacancy on the Cabarrus County Airport
<br />Commission created by the death of Mr. Frank McCray. Commissioners Hamby and
<br />Moss and Chairman Lentz voted to appoint Mr. Hal D. Allman to the Airport
<br />Commission to complete the unexpired term ending August 5, 1988.
<br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Hamby with
<br />Commissioners Payne, Hamby, and Moss and Chairman Lentz voting for and Commis-
<br />sioner Melvin voting against, the Board adopted the Cabarrus County Budget
<br />Ordinance for Fiscal Year 1987-88 as follows.

<br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County, North
<br />Carolina, meeting in session this 15th day of June, 1987, that the following
<br />fund revenues and departmental expenditures together with certain restrictions
<br />and authorizations are adopted.
