357 <br /> <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that he had met with State officials regarding <br />a driveway at the rear of Social Services Building into Highway 601. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that requests had been received regarding the <br />rental of houses located on property purchased for the Coddle Creek <br />Reservoir project. The Board by consensus agreed that these houses are not <br />for rent. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that the Probation Office had moved from the <br />basement of the Courthouse into one of the buildings located in the Morris <br />property and that the Data Processing Department was moved into the area <br />vacated by the Probation Office. <br /> The Board instructed Mr. James F. Owens, Planning Director, to proceed <br />with appraisals of the airport property with a projected date of June 1, <br />1988. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that a proposal is being prepared to install a <br />system to eliminate lightning damage to the communications system in the <br />Sheriff's Department. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 5:00'P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
