367 <br /> <br /> And Whereas, at the agreed upon rate of $7.50 per square foot, the <br />annual rent should have been Twenty-Two Thousand Fifty Dollars ($22,050.00) <br />instead of Twenty-One Thousand Dollars ($21,000.00) as stated in said Lease <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> And Whereas, the initial one-year lease term has now concluded and the <br />first renewal period has just commenced; <br /> <br /> And Whereas, Lessor has agreed to forego the annual lease difference of <br />One Thousand Fifty Dollars ($1,050.00) for the initial one year term, pro- <br />vided Lessee agrees to pay the accurate annual rental of Twenty-Two Thousand <br />Fifty Dollars ($22,050.00) for each one-year renewal period; <br /> <br /> And Whereas, Lessee has agreed to pay said annual rental of Twenty-Two <br />Thousand Fifty Dollars ($22,050.00) for each one-year renewal period; <br /> <br /> Now, Therefore, for and in consideration of the premises and the mutual <br />covenants herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Rent. That commencing with the first one-year renewal period on <br />April 1, 1988, and for all subsequent one-year renewal periods, Lessee agrees <br />to pay to Lessor as rent the annual sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Fifty Dollars <br />($22,050.00), payable in monthly installments of one-twelfth (1/12) of the <br />total amount due. <br /> <br /> 2. Lease A~reement Incorporated by Reference.
