382 <br /> <br />Office upfit to include new offices for District Attorney, Superior Court <br />Judge's Chambers, Grand Jury Rooms, Small Claims Court, County Assessor's <br />Office, and other future spaces. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Chairman Lentz and unani- <br />mously~carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to discuss a <br />contractual matter and for consultation with the County Attorney. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Melvin with <br />Commissioners Payne, Melvin, and Moss and Chairman Lentz voting for, the <br />Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Commissioner Hamby was absent for the remainder of the meeting. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Payne, seconded by Commissioner Melvin with <br />Commissioners Payne, Melvin, and Moss and Chairman Lentz voting for, the Board <br />withdrew the bid award to Myers and Chapman for the General Construction <br />Contract for the Cabarrus County Governmental Center. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
