Board members requested information <br />regarding the number of reclassifications and merit increases recommended in <br />the 1988-89 budget. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />pending litigation and personnel matters. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Melvin and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz stated the Board had been in Executive Session discussing <br />pending litigation and personnel matters and no action was required at this <br />time. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
