4O9 <br /> <br /> Ail that property owned by Cabarrus County, North Carolina, identi- <br />fied on the tax records of said County as P.I.N. #'s (parcel identifica- <br />tion numbers) 5620-98-6040, 5620-97-7912, 5620-97-7885, 5620-97-8821 and <br />5620-97-9861, as more particularly described in the Cabarrus County <br />Registry in Deed Book 527, page 559; Deed Book 520, Page 546; Deed Book <br />539, Page 218; Deed Book 558, Page 215; and Deed Book 618, page 607, <br />respectively, less and excepting a portion of the last described parcel, <br />upon which a structure is presently located. <br /> <br />ANNUAL RENTAL/LEASE PAYMENTS: <br /> Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration. <br /> <br />This the 16th day of June, 1988. <br /> <br />James W. Board members requested information <br />regarding the number of reclassifications and merit increases recommended in <br />the 1988-89 budget. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />pending litigation and personnel matters. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Melvin and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz stated the Board had been in Executive Session discussing <br />pending litigation and personnel matters and no action was required at this <br />time. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
