<br />Section VII.

<br /> The County Manager and Finance Director are hereby authorized to
<br />transfer appropriations within a fund as contained herein under the
<br />following conditions:
<br />
<br />a. He may transfer amounts between objects of expenditures within a
<br /> department without limitation and without a report being requested.
<br />
<br />b. He may transfer amounts up to $5,000 between departments of the same
<br /> fund.
<br />
<br />He may not transfer any amounts between funds nor from any contingency
<br />appropriation within any fund without action of the Board of
<br />Commissioners.
<br />
<br />Expenses for operations of the Sanitary Landfill in excess of those
<br />generated by the tipping fees shall be derived solely from the proceeds
<br />of the county portion of the sales tax.
<br />
<br />e. The special appropriations shall be distributed contingent upon execution
<br /> by the provider of a statutory permissible contract for services.
<br />
<br /> Mr. Fletcher L. Harts,il, Jr., County Attorney reported that final
<br />documents for the Governmental Complex are to be available on June 28 and
<br />that the Board would need to meet at that time to consider those documents.
<br /> Chairman Lentz recessed the meeting until 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June
<br />28, 1988.
