Davis in the line of <br />Cabarrus County); thence with Cabarrus County, S. 02-17-23 W., 128.48 feet <br />to a point in the north edge of the concrete sidewalk on the north side of <br />Corban Avenue, East, a corner of Cabarrus County (no point installed); <br />thence with the north edge of the concrete sidewalk on the north side of <br />Corban Avenue, East, four (4) lines as follows: (1) N. 87-29-48 W., 50.02 <br />feet to a point, no point installed; (2) N. 85-56-48 W., 25.01 feet to a <br />point, no point installed; (3) N. 79-00-48 W., 25.01 feet to a point, no <br />point installed; (4) N. 71-19-48 W., 27.41 feet to the BEGINNING, containing <br />0.196 acres, as surveyed and platted by Concord Engineering and Surveying, <br />Inc., on June 28, 1988, and is that property described in a Deed dated <br />November 4, 1971, from Gulf Oil Corporation to D. Wayne Phillips and wife <br />Mildred L. Phillips, recorded in Deed Book 416, at Page 598, of the Cabarrus <br />County Registry. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />TRACT #1: All of that Condominium Unit designated Unit #57 in EDGEWATER <br />CONDOMINIUM, as referred to in the DECLARATION recorded in the Mecklenburg <br />Public Registry in Book 4902 at page 910 in the Mecklenburg Public Registry <br />as well as any SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATIONS and more particularly described in <br />the PLANS, which DECLARATION, SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATIONS and PLANS are <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />TRACT #2: An undivided 1.37% interest as tenant in common in and to the <br />General and Limited Common Areas and Facilities as referred to in the <br />paragraph 5 of the DECLARATION, to which reference is made for a more <br />particular description of said Common Areas and Facilities.
