5~4 <br /> <br />also reported that the Midland Community Association had voted in support of <br />the proposal submitted by C4 Media to provide cable service to the southern <br />part of Cabarrus County. During review of the proposal, Board members asked <br />that Mr. Robert Melton, General Manager of Vision Cable of Metrolina, be <br />invited to a Board meeting to present that Company's expansion plans in the <br />County. Chairman Lentz stated that he would invite Mr. Melton to come to <br />the meeting on November 7 at 3:00 P.M. to present these plans. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Melvin and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />pending litigation and possible property acquisition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Melvin and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported the Board had discussed pending litigation and <br />possible property acquisition and no action was taken. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
