35 <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to <br />discuss possible land acquisition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Moss, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved that the $30,000.00 contribution by <br />Mr. James Troutman for the Miami Church Road water project would include <br />three three-quarter inch taps and one two-inch tap with the remainder of <br />the contribution used for the construction costs of the project. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Lentz recessed the meeting until 8:00 A.M. on Friday, January 20, 1989. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
