48 <br /> <br /> The Board deferred the appointment of the members to the Carolinas <br />Counties Coalition Transportation Task Force until the meeting on February <br />20, 1989. <br /> Chairman Lentz recessed the meeting at 5:15 P.M. until the conclusion <br />of the meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the Water and Sewer <br />District of Cabarrus County. <br /> Chairman Lentz reconvened the meeting of the Board. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Board by resolution changed the first regular <br />meeting in March from 3:00 P.M. on March 6, 1989 to 3:00 P.M. on March 13, <br />1989. Board members will be attending the National Association of Counties <br />Legislative Conference in Washington, D. C. on March 6. <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Hamby, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into Executive Session to <br />discuss property acquisition. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the Executive Session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported that the Board had discussed possible property <br />acquisition with the County Attorney during the Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, Chairman <br />Lentz recessed the meeting until 4:00 P.M. on Monday, February 13, 1989 at <br />which time the Board will meet at the Stonewall Jackson School. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
