Also, in accordance with G.S. 115C- 429(b), th~ Board increased the County Schools Line Item 5100, Regular Instructional Program, by $238,839.00 over the 1988-89 County instructional program fun~ls and restricted this appropriation by ten percent (10%). The Board further diiected that the funding for the Kannapolis City Schools-Current Expense be ~djusted accordingly using the appropriate formula.
