C. Highway 73 N. 47-30 E. 216.88 feet to a new iron pin in <br />the front line of Lot No. 1, Section T; thence a new line through <br />Lot No. 1, Section T N. 37-53-30 W. 271.06 feet (passing a new iron <br />pin on line at 15 feet) to a new iron pin in the back line of Lot <br />No. 1; thence with the back line of Lot No. 1, the Faggart Filling <br />Station lot and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Section M S. 33-30 W. 206.60 <br />feet to a new iron pin, a corner of Lots 4 and 5, Section M: thence <br />with the line of Lots 4 and 5 S. 32-30-50 E. 223.65 feet (passing <br />a new iron pin on line at 205.65 feet) to the point of BEGINNING, <br />containing 1.16 acres according to a new survey by Zackie L. Moore, <br />R.L.S. dated May 21, 1976, and is that property described in a Deed <br />dated October 27, 1986, from James B. Goodman and wife Barbara <br />Goodman to Robert C. Goodman and wife Johnnie A. Goodman, recorded <br />in Record of Deeds Book 617, Page 262, Gabarrus County Registry. <br /> <br />2. STATEMENT OF THE PROPERTY TAKEN: <br /> <br /> The property taken is a fee simple absolute interest in that <br />property herein-described, subject only to existing utility and roadway <br />easements and rights-of-way of record. <br /> <br />3. DESCRIPTION OF AREA TAKEN; <br /> <br /> Ail that property described in Paragraph 1, Exhibit A, above, <br />subject only to the limitations, if any, described in Paragraph 2, Exhibit <br />A, above. <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Melvin and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into executive session to confer with <br />the County Attorney. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was terminated. <br /> Chairman Lentz reported no action from the executive session. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Clerk to the Board <br /> <br /> <br />
