220 <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met in recessed <br />session at the Lake Lynn Lodge in Concord, North Carolina on Wednesday, October <br />4, 1989, at 6:00 P.M. <br /> Present - Chairman: James W. Lentz <br /> Commissioners: R. Giles Moss <br /> William G. Hamby, Jr. <br /> Martha H. Melvin <br /> Billy J. Simmons, Jr. <br /> Also present for the meeting were Mr. Michael M. Ruffin, County Manager; <br />Ms. Cynthia Eades, Personnel Officer; and Mr. Fletcher L. Hartsell, Jr., County <br />Attorney. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried,~ the Board moved to go into executive session to discuss a <br />personnel matter. <br /> UPON MOTION of Chairman Lentz, seconded by Commissioner Hamby and <br />unanimously carried, the executive session was terminated.
