May 24, 2016 (Budget Meeting) Page 2756 <br />After the presentation, a discussion ensued regarding the Cabarrus County <br />allocation to CFSA. <br />General Board Discussion <br />Mike Downs, County Manager, clarified that the Board, by consensus, agreed <br />to include the Fire Service Manpower Unit in the budget. <br />Pam Dubois, Senior Deputy County Manager, stated final changes since May <br />16th, including those proposed today, will be provided at the May 26th budget <br />workshop. <br />Mr. Downs advised Board members to contact him with any other questions <br />and the answers will be provided at Thursday's budget meeting. <br />There was general discussion regarding funding for the Midland Library. <br />Recess <br />UPON MOTION of Chairman Morris, seconded by Vice Chairman Honeycutt and <br />unanimously carried, the meeting recessed at 7:28 p.m. until Thursday, May 26, <br />2016 at 4:00 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room. <br />— t � - <br />Megan lerk to the Board <br />
