The project authorized is for the purpose of accumulating and <br />appropriating general fund revenues and federal and state grants funds <br />received specifically for use by the appropriate Cabarrus County <br />Department who has received the funds. <br />B. The officers of this unit are hereby directed to proceed with this <br />capital project within the terms of the guidelines as set forth by the <br />federal and state government, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles <br />(GAAP) and the budget contained herein. <br />C.
