The State Budget Act provided <br /> provisions for a salary increase and a one-time bonus for all State-funded <br /> employees. The college awards the same salary increase and bonuses for County <br /> funded positions. <br /> The total salary increase for full-time, Cabarrus County funded employees <br /> (including paid FICA and retirement match) is $7, 638. 00. The one-time bonus <br /> for full-time, Cabarrus County funded employees is $8, 118.00. The total <br /> requested is $15,756.00.
