Morris <br /> Commissioners: Diane R. Honeycutt <br /> Grace M. Mynatt <br /> Elizabeth F. Poole <br /> Lynn W. Shue <br /> Also present were Mike Downs, County Manager; Richard M. Koch, County <br /> Attorney; Pam Dubois, Senior Deputy County Manager; Jonathan Marshall, Deputy <br /> County Manager; Kyle Bilafer, Area Manager and Megan Smit, Clerk to the Board. <br /> Reception for Elected Officials <br /> Prior to the organizational meeting, a ceremony honoring incoming elected <br /> officials was held in the rotunda of the Governmental Center at 5:00 p.m. <br /> Commissioners Morris and Poole expressed appreciation for support from <br /> their families as well as voters. Commissioner Poole also acknowledged the <br /> services provided by Executive Chef, Chad Muller, and Cabarrus Arena & Events <br /> Center staff. <br /> Administration of Oath to Office: Soil and Water Conservation District <br /> Supervisors <br /> The Honorable Christy E.
