UPON MOTION of Commissioner Kiger, seconded by Commissioner Shue and unanimously carried, the Board appointed Jessica Herrera to the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) as the "KCS Student under 18" representative for a two-year term ending June 30, 2018 . (I) REPORTS (I-1) County Manager - Monthly New Development Report The Board received the monthly new development report for informational purposes. No action was required of the Board. (I-2) County Manager - Monthly Reports on Building Activity The Board received the Cabarrus County Construction Standards Dodge Report for March 2017 and the Cabarrus County Commercial Building Plan Review Summary for March 2017 for informational purposes as part of the Agenda. No action was required of the Board. (I-3) EDC - March 2017 Monthly Summary Report The Board received the Cabarrus Economic Development Corporation (EDC) monthly report for the month of March as part of the Agenda. No action was required of the Board. (I-4) Finance - Monthly Financial Update The Board received the monthly financial update for informational purposes. No action was required of the Board. (I-5) BOC - Receive Updates from Commissioner Members Who Serve as Liaisons None.
