S <br /> r ,�S_►y . <br /> •_ f 1 Inch=2f•feet. <br /> UPON MOTION by Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br /> unanimously carried, the Board approved the transfer of property to the City of <br /> Concord as shown on the attached maps including authorization for the County <br /> Manager to sign the transfer documents subject to review and revision by the <br /> County Attorney. <br /> (F-4) Finance - CIP Funding of Prime Farmland per the FY2018 Budget <br /> Note: This item was removed from the agenda to discuss at a later date. <br /> (F-5) Finance - Project Ordinance Update - Construction and Renovation Fund <br /> Per the Construction and Renovation Project Ordinance Section II. B. 2. , <br /> the County Manager may transfer amounts up to $500, 000 between functions within <br /> the same fund. This authority allows the Manager to approve a budget amendment <br /> without Board action. During August 2017, a budget amendment was prepared by <br /> staff and approved by the County Manager transferring $475.68 from the <br /> Construction and Renovation available funds to the Senior Center Parking Lot <br /> budget. The $475.68 represents closing costs for the purchase of land located <br /> at the Concord Senior Center. For administrative purposes, the Project Ordinance <br /> details have been updated for this transfer of funds and is included for the <br /> Chairman of the County Commissioner's signature. <br /> UPON MOTION by Vice Chairman Honeycutt, seconded by Commissioner Shue and <br /> unanimously carried, the Board approved the revised Project Ordinance for the <br /> Construction and Renovation Fund and authorized the Chairman to sign the <br /> ordinance. <br /> Date: 8/28/2017 Amount: $475.66 <br /> Dept.
