<br />Mr. Marshall advised all projects beyond 7Y16 have no funding source
<br />assigned to them. All available capital reserve funds have been reserved for
<br />pay -as- you -go for the current school and community college projects from the
<br />aforementioned table. He further advised the County will also be working
<br />with the schools and community college to develop an extensive capital and
<br />maintenance list for future requests-
<br />Pam Dubois, Senior Deputy County Manager, reviewed the Preliminary
<br />Five -Year Financial Plan and FY 2015 -2016 Budget Changes. Following her
<br />review, there was general discussion regarding the budget.
