Commissioner <br />Honeycutt seconded the motion. <br />Commissioner Shue asked the County Manager to elaborate on Consent <br />Agenda items F -7 "Tax Administration - 2010 -2011 Motor Vehicle Receivable <br />Write -off" and F--9 "Tax Administration - Write -off of 2005 Real and Personal <br />Property Outstanding Taxes ". <br />Mike Downs, County Manager, explained the process and limitations for <br />the collection of taxes. <br />Following discussion, the MOTION unanimously carried. <br />(F - 1) County Manager - KCS Request for Lump Sum Technologv Funding <br />Kannapolis City Schools (KCS) is requesting to receive their technology <br />funding in a lump sum payment versus a 1/12 allocation on a monthly basis <br />throughout the fiscal year. Lease payments are due in July and August of <br />each year. The total funding for technology is $378,076.00.
