A revenue neutral tax rate for any and all revaluation <br />years <br />B. An additional $2 million cash for Mount Pleasant Middle <br />School. <br />C. $1.5 million cash for the RCCC Cosmetology Program <br />relocation <br />We would like staff to come up with a revised or amended 5 -year plan <br />that meets those requirements of the 5 -year plan for our April meeting <br />and if such plan cannot be produced we will look at Plan C. <br />The MOTION carried, with Vice Chairman Burrage and Commissioners <br />Measmer and Oesterreich voting for and Chairman Poole and Commissioner Morris <br />voting against. <br />(H) APPOINTMENTS <br />None. <br />(I) REPORTS <br />(I -1) County Manager - Monthly Reports on Building Activity <br />The Board received the Cabarrus County Construction Standards Dodge <br />Report for February 2014 and the Cabarrus County Commercial Building Plan <br />Review Summary for February 2014 for informational purposes as part of the <br />Agenda. No action was required of the Board. <br />(I -2) County Manager - Update on the Aging Strategic Plan <br />The Board received the Aging Strategic Plan Update for informational <br />purposes as part of the Agenda. No action was required of the Board. <br />(I -3) EDC February 2014 Monthly Summary Report <br />The Board received the Cabarrus Economic Development Corporation (EDC) <br />monthly report for the month of February as part of the Agenda. No action <br />was required of the Board. <br />(I -4) Human Services - NC FAST Update <br />The Board received the NC FAST Update as part of the Agenda.
