<br />Internal Transfer Within Department J Between Departments /Funds B Supplemental Request
<br />Purpose: This budget amendment adjust appropriations of revenues and expenditures for multi -year
<br />funds based on estimates and actual history of transactions that have occurred in the funds. Each
<br />year the multi -year fund budgets and Project ordinances are evaluated and updated through budget
<br />amendments and revised Project Ordinances that are presented to the Board of Commissioners for
<br />approval. Adjustments this year are related to interest earnings, collection of deferred tax
<br />collections for properties that are no longer eligible for the farm use exemption, collections of
<br />Register of Deeds automation fees, collections of NC Substance Control funds, collection of
<br />firinq ranae revenues, and donations made to the Department of Aoino Fund.

<br />CABARRUS COUNTY CDBG HOME 2011 GRANT
<br />SPECIAL REVENUE PROJECT ORDINANCE
<br />BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the
<br />County of Cabarrus, North Carolina that, pursuant to Section
<br />13.2(a) of Chapter 159 of the General. Statutes of North Carolina,
<br />the following grant project ordinance is hereby adopted:
<br />Section 1. The projects authorized is for the Grant
<br />Projects for the purpose of receiving and disbursing funds as
<br />directed Home Program Grant. The project is referenced in
<br />Section 3.
<br />Section 2. The officers of this unit are hereby directed
<br />to proceed within the terms of the Generally Accepted Accounting
<br />Principles (GAAP), the grant terms and the budget contained
<br />herein.
