May 27, 2014 (Recessed Meeting) Page 2051 <br />Commissioner Oesterreich MOVED to approve the Resolution Approving the <br />Filing of an Application with the Local Government Commission with Respect to <br />up to $11,OOC,000 General Obligation School Bonds, Authorizing Publications <br />of a Notice of Intent to file Said Application and Making Certain Findings <br />Related Thereto. Commissioner Measmer seconded the motion and the MOTION <br />carried, with Vice Chairman Burrage and Commissioners Measmer and Oesterreich <br />voting for and Chairman Poole and Commissioner Morris voting against. <br />Chairman Poole requested Mr. Cordell provide the Board with an updated <br />schedule. <br />Mr. Cordell reviewed calendar dates for the 2014 General Obligation <br />Bonds Referendum. He stated he would provide the revised resolution and the <br />revised schedule by the end of the following day. <br />General Discussion <br />None. <br />Recess of Meeting <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Morris, seconded by Commissioner <br />Oesterreich, and unanimously carried, the meeting recessed at 8:25 p.m. until <br />4 :00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at the Governmental Center. <br />Megan S it, Clerk to the Board <br />
