July 7, 2014 (Work Session) Page 2110 <br />Following discussion, Vice Chairman Burrage repeated the motion for the <br />Chairman. <br />The NOTION carried, with Chairman Poole, Vice Chairman Burrage and <br />Commissioners Measmer and Morris voting for and Commissioner Oesterreich <br />voting against. <br />Following the motion, Mr. McReynolds responded to questions from <br />Commissioner Measmer regarding CFSA assuming responsibilities for the farm. <br />Commissioner Measmer expressed support for the proposed transition of <br />the farm. <br />A discussion ensued. During discussion, Richard Koch, County Attorney <br />Mr. McReynolds and Mr. Newton responded to a variety of questions from the <br />Board. <br />Approval of Regular Meeting Agenda <br />The Board discussed the placement of items on the Agenda. <br />Commissioner Morris MOVED to approve the Agenda as presented. Chairman <br />Poole seconded the motion. <br />Mike Downs, County Manager, suggested the Planning and Development - <br />Elma C.
