December 1, 2014 (Work Session) <br />Page 2220 <br />UPON MOTION of Chairman Morris, seconded by Vice Chairman Poole and <br />unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss the <br />negotiation and /or sale of real property as authorized by NCGS 143 - <br />31B.11 {a } (5).
