John Cox, Cabarrus <br />Economic Development Corporation, was invited into the closed session. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Measmer, seconded by Vice Chairman White <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />Return to Open Session <br />Mike Downs, County Manager, briefly updated the Board on next steps for <br />the Human Services Agency in regards to the dissolution of the Social <br />Services Board. He also advised the Board of a search for an alternate <br />entrance to Rob Wallace Park. <br />Closed Session <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Measmer, seconded by Commissioner Burrage <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go back into closed session to <br />discuss a personnel matter(s) and to discuss matters relating to the location <br />or expansion of industries or other businesses in the area served by the <br />public body as authorized by NCGS 143- 318.11(a)(4)and(6). <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman White, seconded by Commissioner Burrage <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />Adjourn <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman White, seconded by Commissioner Burrage, <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br />Megan it, Clerk to the Board <br />
