Lundee Covington, Human <br />Resources Director, was invited into closed session. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Measmer, seconded by Commissioner Burrage <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />Return to Open Session <br />A brief discussion ensued. During discussion, Mike Downs, County <br />Manager, advised the Board regarding future upgrades to the 911 system. He <br />also advised the County will seek to aid proponents of the former Spay and <br />Neuter Program in securing state and federal funding. <br />Adjourn <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Measmer, seconded by Commissioner Burrage, <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at ,5:25 p.m. <br />Megan Smit, Clerk to the Board <br />
