He <br />further advised the Town of Midland plans to approve the draft letter today. <br />Mr. Downs also responded to questions from the Board. <br />'Q-1, <br />The Board took a short break and the meeting resumed. <br />Finance - 5 Year Plans <br />Pam Dubois, Deputy County Manager, presented the following 5 -year <br />plans. She advised that due to declining property values in a revaluation <br />year, $17.6 million needs to be cut from the budget if the tax rate is to <br />remain at .63 cents. <br />This space is intentionally left blank. <br />
