March 5, 2012 (Work Session) <br />Page 982 <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus met for an Agenda <br />Work Session in the Multipurpose Room at the Cabarrus County Governmental <br />Center in Concord, North Carolina on Monday, March 5, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. <br />Present - Chairman: <br />Vice Chairman <br />Commissioners <br />Elizabeth F. Poole <br />Larry M. Burrage <br />Robert W. Carruth <br />Christopher A. Measmer <br />H. Jay White, Sr. <br />Also present were Mike Downs, County Manager; Richard Koch, County <br />Attorney; Jonathan Marshall, Deputy County Manager and Kay Honeycutt, Clerk <br />to the Board. <br />Commissioner White was not present when the meeting was called to <br />order.
