Innes <br />Street in Salisbury and on April 18, 2012 in the rotunda of the <br />Cabarrus County Governmental Center located at 65 Church Street <br />SE in Concord. The public is invited to drop -in any time during <br />the workshop between 4 pm and 6 pm each evening (displays and <br />staff will be available). <br />Commissioner Carruth announced one of the district meetings for the <br />NCACC (North Carolina Association of County Commissioners) will be held in <br />Concord on April 19. <br />Closed Session <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Measmer, seconded by Commissioner Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to go into closed session to discuss <br />a personnel matter(s) as authorized by NCGS 143- 318.11(a)(6). <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner White, seconded by Vice Chairman Burrage <br />and unanimously carried, the Board moved to come out of closed session. <br />Adjourn <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Measmer, <br />and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m. <br />Kay one ut rk t the Board <br />
