April 2, 2012 (Work Session) <br />Page 1007 <br />through negotiations with the manufacturer, staff was able to bring the A. L. <br />Brown High School project back under budget; the control work will not be <br />completed; and a lighting project at A. L. Brown High School, as well as a <br />roof and a HVAC project at Kannapolis Intermediate School (KIS), will be bid <br />soon. He further reported the high priority projects include the roof and <br />HVAC projects at KIS. The remaining funds, he said, will be used wisely.
