May 7, 2012 (Work Session) <br />BOC Strategic Plan Update <br />Page 1045 <br />Chairman Poole advised the Board was unable to address its Strategic <br />Plan at the retreat held in January due to time constraints. <br />Mike Downs, County Manager, reviewed the Board's Mission and Vision <br />Statements. There were no changes made to these statements. <br />Erica Nesbitt, Budget and Performance Manager, reviewed the Board's <br />five (5) strategic goals and corresponding achievement stage as presented in <br />the Agenda and hereby incorporated into the meeting minutes by reference. <br />She also presented the following staff recommendations for changes to the <br />Strategic Plan: <br />Goal 1.
