ADVERTISEMENT FOR SEALED BIDS SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY (Old Bethel School Property) The Board of Commissioners of Cabarrus County has authorized the sale by sealed bid of the parcels of real estate (the "Property ") attached as Exhibit A. The County will accept sealed bids for the Property until noon, Friday, June 29, 2012, at the office of Mike Downs, County Manager, Second Floor, Cabarrus County Governmental Center, 65 Church Street, Concord, North Carolina. At noon on June 29, 2012, all bids received shall be opened in public and the amount of each bid announced and recorded. The record of bids shall be reported to the Board of Commissioners at their work session meeting on Monday, July 2, 2012.
