<br />and unanimously carried, the Board approved the amended sewer easement
<br />located on the Rob Wallace Park property.
<br />(F -7) NCDOT - Presentation of 2010 -2011 Secondary Road Construction Program
<br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Vice Chairman Poole
<br />and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the following resolution:
<br />Resolution No. 2011 -03
<br />A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE 2010 -2011 SECONDARY ROADS CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
<br />FOR CABARRUS COUNTY
<br />WHEREAS, the North Carolina Department of Transportation has submitted
<br />a proposed 2010 -2011 Secondary Roads Construction Program for Cabarrus County
<br />in the amount of $2,158,808; and
<br />WHEREAS, representatives of the Department of Transportation in
<br />accordance with North Carolina General Statute 136 -44.8 met with the Board of
<br />County Commissioners at a regularly scheduled agenda work session meeting of
<br />the Board on February 7, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room at the
<br />Cabarrus County Governmental Center in Concord, North Carolina, in order to
<br />present to and discuss with the Board and other citizens present the proposed
<br />2010 -2011 Secondary Roads Program; and
