Typically have <br />multiple rooms for various activities and age groups. <br />87 State Office <br />Government office structures owned by the State Government, generally <br />of higher quality than general offices. <br />88 Federal Office <br />Government office structures owned by the Federal Government generally <br />of higher quality than general offices,. <br />89 Municipal Office <br />Government office structures owned by a Municipal Government, generally <br />of higher quality than general offices. <br />90 Fire Station <br />Structures which house a fire station. Structures designed as offices for the Sheriff or <br />Police office should be listed separately. <br />95 -97 Blank - Not in use. <br />98 Valueless Improvement <br />Structures that do not have a market value such as club houses owned by <br />a Home Owner's Association. <br />99 New Parcel <br />This code is used to flag new parcel that have been created by Land <br />Records, the code will be changed to the appropriate code when the <br />parcel is appraised. <br />FOUNDATIONS <br />CONTINUOUS FOOTING - A concrete footing poured continuously around the <br />perimeter foundation of a building. Used on buildings that has a crawl <br />space or basement, used on manufactured homes that have masonry under <br />pinning. <br />
