A room is defined as any area <br />having three or more sides in the form of walls reaching to the ceiling <br />of the room. Enter as 01, 02, etc. <br />ESTIMATED PERCENT COMMON WALL - Estimate the percentage of shared wall to the <br />nearest 5% based upon the perimeter of the wall. <br />NONSTANDARD WALL HEIGHT - Record the height in feet of all non single- family <br />residential walls. The height of the base area only is to be recorded. <br />Height is to be estimated from the floor to the bottom of the roof <br />structure (usable height). If the building has multiple heights use <br />the average height based on the percentage of square footage covered by <br />each height. <br />(H) APPOINTMENTS <br />(H -1) Appointments - Council for a Sustainable Local Economy (CSLE) <br />CSLE members Andrew Propst, Shawn Fleming, Jane MacRae, Marc Brun, <br />Grace Mynatt and Steven Blinsink have resigned from the Council. It is <br />requested that their names be removed from the roster. <br />The Council recommends the appointment of Joshua Knipp to complete an <br />unexpired term ending March 31, 2013 and the appointments of Ronnie Long and <br />A.L. Fleming to complete unexpired terms ending March 31, 2012. An exception <br />to the "service on multiple boards" provision of the Appointment Policy will <br />be needed for Mr. Fleming. He currently serves on the Social Services <br />Board. <br />UPON MOTION of Vice Chairman Poole, seconded by Commissioner Carruth <br />and unanimously carried, the Board removed Andrew Propst, Shawn Fleming, Jane <br />MacRae, Marc Brun, Grace Mynatt and Steven Blinsink from the CSLE roster. <br />UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Burrage <br />with Vice Chairman Poole and Commissioners Burrage, Carruth and Measmer <br />voting for and Chairman White voting against, the Board appointed Joshua <br />Knipp to the CSLE to complete an unexpired term ending March 31, 2013; and <br />
