He further stated the proposed <br />budget is available online at the County's website ( www. cabarrus county. us ) <br />and hardcopies will be available at the public libraries for review. The <br />property tax rate remains unchanged at 63 cents and budget workshops are <br />scheduled for May 2 5 - May 27th <br />
