Consistency Statement Richard Koch, County Attorney, stated he prepared the following consistency statement for the Board's consideration: This rezoning is consistent with the Central Area Land Use Plan as previously approved by the Board of Commissioners with the possible exception of the industrial property and property that is divided by Concord's extraterritorial jurisdiction. This rezoning is reasonable and in the public interest based on the reasons contained in the Central Area Land Use Plan and the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Concord and Cabarrus County. Chairman White asked if there is a motion to adopt the Consistency Statement. UPON MOTION of Commissioner Carruth, seconded by Commissioner Poole with Chairman White and Commissioners Carruth and Poole voting for, Commissioner Privette voting against and Vice Chairman Mynatt recused, the Board adopted the aforementioned Consistency Statement.
