March 2, 2009 (Work Session) <br />Page 1265 <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus was scheduled to <br />meet on Monday, March 2, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. at the Cabarrus Arena and Events <br />Center in Concord, North Carolina for an agenda work session.
